I turned out for the IFC for a fair few years. They started getting good around about the time they dropped me into retirement.
A couple of very good MATES are in that video.

I recall a period in the mid 80s when Campri ski jackets we the fashion statement round my way. Whether that had anything to do with the alps I'm not sure.

the shop at the ski slope used to stock some blinding ski jackets. can't remember the name of them but they were superb

The ALPS was a heroic effort to do something with a slag heap that'd been there for years. Shame it closed, but hardly a great surprise.
